What to Expect
In this role, you are the core creator of the optical module production line, a key backbone in the expansion of AI computing power business, and a future technical expert and management talent.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for process control and manufacturing management of optical module/optical engine production, including optimization and standardization.
- Develop and refine process maintenance plans to ensure yield improvement.
- Analyze capacity abnormalities, drive process improvements, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to complete NPI (New Product Introduction) mass-production process validation.
- Write process documents and work instructions; train production staff.
Qualifications
- College degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, electronics engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with optical module production equipment (e.g., SMT machines, welding machines, optical test equipment).
- Skills in equipment debugging, fault analysis, and engineering collaboration.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in high-speed optical modules or optoelectronic equipment is a plus.
- Familiar with MES systems and measurement equipment connectivity.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
