Core Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Develop, balance, and optimize production line throughput to minimize downtime, reduce scrap rates, and maximize machine utilization.
- Production Support: Serve as the primary technical troubleshooter for manufacturing, tooling, and process-related anomalies on the shop floor.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), evaluate new equipment, and ensure the seamless transfer of new products into mass production.
- Continuous Improvement: Execute root cause analysis to drive improvements in site-level quality metrics, particularly First Pass Yield (FPY) and Customer Return Rate (CRR).
- Team Guidance: Train and mentor technicians on equipment maintenance, machine programming, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in process mapping, fixture and tooling design, equipment capability analysis, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency for effective global communication and technical reporting.
