ABOUT THE JOB
- Set and apply standards for user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Plan, identify, design, manage, execute, and report on the outcomes of acceptance tests
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders throughout the testing process
- Define clear entry and exit criteria for UAT
- Request and enable formal acceptance of systems, products, or services
- Create measurable acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, features, business processes, user stories, and business rules
- Devise test cases and scenarios from acceptance criteria
- Enable exploratory testing to discover unexpected behaviours
- Deploy model office testing to simulate real-world usage
- Ensure appropriate training for users involved in UAT
- Provide input on UAT resource requirements, including necessary skills and availability
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as software tester role
- Familiarity with API testing frameworks such as Postman or JUnit
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, MSTest) and TDD/BDD practices
- You demonstrate strong logical thinking, critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
