Reporting to: PM

Your responsibilities

Experience with design test plan and following as the schedule;

Review project/product requirements and preparing test cases;

Execute manual tests on product/application usability;

Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data;

Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, usability and track product testing metrics;

Prepare reports on all aspects related to the testing carried out and reporting to the development team;

Report defects and ensure the development team in their understanding on the reported defects;

Interact with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements;

Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems;

Ability to forecast bugs by executing API testing by Postman, Swagger.

Prepare and present test reports.

Participate in client meetings to ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality;

Highly desirable skills and competencies

From 6 month to 2 years of experience

Sound knowledge on Blackbox and Whitebox testing

Understanding on manual testing expertise in manual test tools and frameworks

Must have functional and basic non-functional testing experience

Log defects and track to closure, working with development teams to establish defect validity, cause and retesting as required

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing

Detailed-oriented, systemic thinking, patient

Fluent English speaking is a big plus

Understanding of non-functional testing and experience in performance testing

Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Working location and hours

Location: Floor 16, Phuong Long Building, 16 Nguyen Truong To Street, 12 Ward, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Time: Mon-Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Salary: Negotiable
