Job Purpose
Responsible for testing, measuring, analyzing, and reporting software and system quality to ensure stability and compliance with business requirements. The role also provides support for system deployment and assists end users during implementation and daily operations across Masan's business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirement and system design documents.
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and internal business applications.
- Identify, record, and track software defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Set up and maintain test environments, conduct regression testing, and prepare detailed test reports.
2. System Deployment & User Enablement
- Participate in system implementation projects following Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Support UAT activities, prepare test data, track issues, and ensure smooth go-live readiness.
- Deliver end-user training and operational guidance during system rollout and adoption.
3. User Support & Incident Handling
- Act as the first contact point for user inquiries or system issues.
- Perform data reconciliation and ad-hoc data extraction as required by business functions.
- Collaborate with IT, Business, and Operations teams to resolve incidents and ensure system stability.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of continuous experience in software testing, QA, or system deployment.
- Proficient in manual testing techniques and system validation processes.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications; knowledge of API or performance testing tools is an advantage.
- Experience supporting system implementation or end-user adoption is preferred.
