The Opportunity:
We are looking for Manual Quality Control, Lead who is responsible for
- Perform detailed manual and exploratory testing for web, mobile, and API platforms. Ensure product quality through solid test design, defect tracking, and close collaboration with Dev and BA teams.
- Lead the manual QC effort across multiple projects. Define test strategies, manage resources, and ensure high-quality delivery for all assigned products
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define overall manual and performance testing strategy for projects.
- Write comprehensive test cases using boundary value, equivalence partitioning, and risk-based techniques.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests on Web and Mobile.
- Test APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Analyze database queries to validate data integrity.
- Support automation team by identifying repetitive manual cases for automation.
- Report defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
- Perform performance testing using JMeter or K6 (execute and analyze results under guidance).
- Train and mentor junior QCs.
- Allocate resources effectively across subprojects.
- Review API, DB validation, and UI testing scope.
- Coordinate with Automation, Performance, and DevOps teams.
- Review JMeter/K6 performance test reports and identify bottlenecks.
