We are representing an healthcare group that is establishing and expanding its presence in Vietnam, with a focus on medical aesthetics, professional care, and clinic-based healthcare solutions.
This is a senior country leadership role with full responsibility for building, scaling, and leading the Vietnam business.
The Role
As Managing Director, you will have end-to-end accountability for the Vietnam operation, including strategy, P&L, market entry, team building, and execution. You will lead the business across medical aesthetics products, devices, consumables, and professional solutions, working closely with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
This role suits a leader who combines commercial strength, local market knowledge, and hands-on execution, and who is comfortable operating in a growth and build-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Vietnam country business with full P&L ownership
- Define and execute market entry and expansion strategy
- Build and develop the local organization, including commercial, operations, and support functions
- Drive growth across medical aesthetics, dermatology, devices, and professional healthcare products
- Establish strong relationships with clinics, key customers, distributors, and opinion leaders
- Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and operational excellence
- Represent the Vietnam business to regional leadership and international stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, partnerships, and new business lines
- Shape company culture, performance standards, and long-term growth roadmap
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as Managing Director, General Manager, or Country Head
- Strong background in medical aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Deep understanding of the Vietnam healthcare and clinic landscape
- Demonstrated P&L leadership and commercial decision-making capability
- Experience building or scaling businesses in Vietnam
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence internally and externally
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with structured execution discipline
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
