We are partnering with our respected client in Real Estate industry on a senior leadership opportunity to head a commercial real estate platform with bold ambitions for regional growth. The role is focused on scaling a diversified commercial portfolio, driving innovation, and aligning strategic initiatives with long-term group vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the strategic direction and business plan for commercial and ventures development.
- Oversee the full cycle of commercial projects from M&A and planning to development and asset management.
- Drive performance across all subsidiaries and ensure financial, operational, and innovation targets are met.
- Champion cross-unit collaboration, joint ventures, and ecosystem partnerships locally and internationally.
- Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement across projects.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team while embedding a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years in real estate development with at least 5 years in commercial property leadership.
- Background in business, finance, construction, or engineering; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Proven success in managing complex portfolios, M&A, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong grasp of property development, asset and operations management, and local market dynamics.
- Visionary and strategic, with the ability to lead transformation, build relationships, and develop talent.
- Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
