Job Title: Manager, Warehouse
Department: Supply Chain & Sustainability
Location: Pandora Production Vietnam (VSIP3, Binh Duong)
Reports To: Head of Supply Chain & Sustainability
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Manage inventory received and return to suppliers at highest efficiency
- Manage warehouse to ensure efficient use of resources and improve utilization
- Manage internal C&S material distribution to serve stakeholders in time at proper level.
- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Production, Quality, Master Planning, Materials Management, Procurement and Finance
- Ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Ensure warehouse loss prevention polices in place.
- Drive cost savings in logistics and warehouse
KEY DUTIES:
- Deploy Logistics standards, policies, safety practice and performance expectations
- Monitor day-to-day operations and supervise GL and TL to achieve targets.
- Drive company strategic initiatives related to MWH (e.g. cost rest project)
- Monitor and report performance in all sub-functions (e.g. stock accuracy, E&O ,PO return, etc.)
- Drive LWH strategic initiatives (e.g. cost reset, Future Proof) ,cross-functional Supply Chain related projects and process optimization.
- Follow up on action plans to ensure result delivery and collaborate with relevant functions
- Collaborate with each sub-function to support in cost improvement projects
- Manage material distribution plan to serve operations on time.
- Collaborate with Material Management, Production and Quality to ensure accurate transfer of inventory
- Support Contract Manufacturing and Production in transferring outsourced WIP
- Manage warehouse utilization, material storage conditions, warehouse resources, inventory level, to ensure safety and efficiency in utilizing space and manpower.
- Flag Main Warehouse issues and escalate to central team as necessary
- Ensure all handling equipment have enough capacity to serve stakeholders requirements.
- Support Future Proof organization by ensure people in teams are ready for support mid term business plan by feedback regularly , help peoples to achieved development plan and do the performance assessments at least once a year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics or business administration or another related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management and inventory management
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Be an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
- Be self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Have an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of talented individuals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
- English fluency is a must
