Manager, Transaction Banking - Ho Chi Minh

Role Overview

Reporting to the Indochina Head of Transaction Banking, you will spearhead business growth by expanding client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering innovative transaction banking solutions across corporate clients.

You will be instrumental in achieving financial and non-financial targets, while strengthening customer engagement and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing portfolios
• Identify and develop opportunities in Trade Finance & Cash Management solutions
• Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
• Build and deepen client relationships, providing advisory on tailored banking solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product utilisation and wallet share
• Ensure efficient execution of pre- and post-sales service delivery
• Monitor transaction activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Support management reporting and contribute to business strategy planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, or Cash Management
• Strong understanding of: Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management & Liquidity Solutions and Electronic Payments / SWIFT / Digital Banking platforms
• Proven track record in business development and client management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
