About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Key Objectives

A. Performance & Rewards:

• Lead end-to-end performance management cycle for Pandora Production Vietnam (PPV), ensuring clear governance, accurate data management, timely execution and alignment with Pandora's performance philosophy.

• Partner with business leaders and People Partners to ensure organization structure, job levels, performance assessors and employee eligibility are accurately reflected in the performance management system.

• Oversee consolidation, validation and analysis of performance data.

• Provide guidance to People & Planet (P&P) and business leaders on performance rating distribution, calibration principles and performance differentiation.

• Collaborate with the team in Thailand to prepare performance management guidelines, communication materials, timelines, process documentation and leadership briefings.

• Contribute to the design and review of Performance & Rewards policies, processes and procedures, and lead local implementation for PPV, ensuring consistency with global and C&S principles, local market practice and legal requirements.

• Manage the local annual salary review and annual increase execution for PPV, ensuring process discipline, data accuracy, budget governance and alignment with C&S reward strategy.

• Manage the annual cycle for incentive bonuses (Factory bonus and STIP), ensuring data accuracy in the systems.

• Monitor changes in labor law, tax regulations and reward-related practices in Vietnam, assessing impact and ensuring appropriate implementation within the organization.

• Prepare market benchmarking analysis to support competitive salary structures, pay positioning, annual salary review, promotion increases and special adjustment requests.

• Lead local people cost forecasting and budgeting inputs for PPV, including salary, bonus, overtime, benefits and actuarial valuation, based on FTE planning and business assumptions.

B. Benefits & Well-being:

• Actively participate in the design, and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of employee benefits and well-being programs covering physical, mental, financial and social well-being.

• Develop the PPV annual benefits and well-being implementation plan, aligned with the C&S Benefits & Well-being Strategy, employee needs, business priorities, cost effectiveness and Pandora's employee experience ambition.

• Deploy all the initiatives in the annual roadmap.

• Evaluate and manage external vendors to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, compliance and positive employee experience.

• Oversee employee support processes related to health and well-being, ensuring access to appropriate resources, guidance and escalation channels.

• Ensure sensitive or critical health and well-being cases are handled professionally, ethically and in coordination with qualified clinicians or external specialists when required.

• Lead communication and promotion of benefits and well-being programs through effective, inclusive and employee-friendly communication channels.

• Monitor employee feedback, participation rates, utilization trends and program effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.

• Prepare insights, reports and recommendations for C&S Benefits team and business leaders on impact, cost, utilization and effectiveness of benefits and well-being programs.

• Oversee administration of insurance claims, self-insured benefits and employee benefits records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance and timely service delivery.

• Ensure employee insurance data is accurate and synchronized between company records and insurer systems, enabling timely claim processing and coverage management.

C. Mobility:

• Coordinate and oversee local mobility execution for PPV, including international assignments, relocations, work permits and visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, local regulations, company policy and C&S mobility guidance.

• Partner with C&S mobility, P&P, business leaders and external vendors to deliver effective mobility support for employees and eligible family members.

• Ensure appropriate documentation, compliance checks, tracking and record management for all mobility cases.

• Oversee mobility-related invoices, reimbursements and cost tracking, ensuring proper governance, accuracy and alignment with approved policy.

• Monitor immigration and relocation service quality, vendor performance and case progress to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

• Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on mobility policy interpretation, relocation support, immigration requirements and risk management.

• Maintain accurate mobility records, reports and databases in accordance with immigration regulations, audit requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Performance & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in managing people or leading workstreams/projects.

• Strong experience in performance management, salary review, market benchmarking, benefits administration and people cost planning.

• Experience in manufacturing, multinational or large-scale organization is preferred.

• Knowledge of labor law, reward governance, benefits management and mobility/immigration processes is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of organization design, job leveling, performance management and reward principles.

• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical recommendations.

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and advise leaders with confidence and professionalism.

• High attention to detail, data accuracy and process governance.

• Strong planning, prioritization and project management skills.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to simplify processes.

• Comfortable working with large datasets.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with SuccessFactors, reporting tools and data analytics platforms is preferred.

• Strong command of written and spoken English, with ability to prepare leadership-level presentations, reports and communications.

• Good organizational and time-management skills, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
