Job Description

  • Responsible for portfolio property management in Vietnam, including but not limited to setting up the procedural standards, KPIs, tenant handbook policy, HSSE and other operational matters
  • Responsible for the supervision of daily property management works and performance management of the vendor working team, to monitor continuous improvement of service standard and performance of vendor working team, and to achieve high level of completion
  • Responsible for the contingency and emergency management at all sites
  • Responsible for tenant liaison, including but not limited to handover/ takeover procedures, addressing complaints, resolving issues and overall property management tasks
  • Responsible for budgeting & forecasting, process/cost optimization, and vendor selection related to property management function
  • Responsible for related government & industrial park relationship management to ensure operation continuity
  • Responsible for compliance with relevant laws & regulations, environmental standards, health and safety requirements
  • Responsible for supporting project takeover upon completion of construction and defect rectification during defect liability period
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on portfolio operation, key initiatives, and operational issues for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Property Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in property management in industrial real estate, large scale industrial park, logistic hubs, or commercial buildings, in which 3 to 5+ years in team leader/ head position
  • Proven track record of successfully managing industrial real estate assets, including property management, tenant management, and operation optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with property management software is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive approach to managing the portfolio, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel between North, Central and South Vietnam on request
