Responsibilities:
- Overall management for DC operations (Order Fulfilment), in a strategic and cost-effective way.
- Drive and take the lead to plan, propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects, and competitive value-added services to our clients
- Work proactively and closely with related business stakeholders to meet the customers expectations, manage project implementation and execution to achieve objectives of profit growth, and ensure KPIs met
- Ensure the operations are being managed in full compliance with company policies and lawful regulations
- Ensure that HSSE is executed in line with Maersk initiatives at all times
- Follow up on target KPI's and recommend process improvements and adopt lean logistics practices and a continuous improvement mindset
- Take training/ coaching to supervisor/ workforce who under your report line
- Follow up administration issues for day by day labor requirements
- Organize and attend necessary weekly and monthly meetings with Supervisors and/or labor groups to understand and deal with any issues and to issue timely instruction on changes or improvements when required
- Ensure that KPI's are produced in full and on time
- Strengthen team through training and development.

- New customers onboarding and go-live smoothly

Accountabilities:

- Achieve the operations team's budget & P&L
- Working days: 5 days/week. No shuttle bus to transport from other provinces to the company (Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong)
Requirements
Education:
Professional Qualification/Certification:
- Preferably with Professional Certification
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in contract logistics/distribution center operations/Customer service
- Solid experience in managing the sizable team
- Knowledgeable in B2B/B2C and e-comm business processes
- Strong experience in customs related & demand planning
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong customer mindset
- Result-orientated, good business sense, and hands-on
- Proactive, detail-minded, and continuous improvement
- Sound negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
