To provide legal support to the Head of RCL.
Key Accountabilities
Legal
- Provide legal support and legal advice to all other functions, including but not limited to corporate, AML, privacy data protection, fund management;
- Review and vest all legal documents, contracts, agreements and legal documents including but not limited to Forms, Charter of Corporate, Prospectus/Charter of Funds
- Implement and ensure updated licenses/permits of the Company
- Update new regulations and provide legal analysis associated with its impact to business for related depts.
- Update SOP, Guidance and provide training for employees on legal area.
- Legal secretary for RCL dept..
- Provide legal support to respective committee such as product committee, investment committee for all private, negotiated investments.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of RCL
Other Accountability
- Support Head of RLC in reporting to Clients, local regulators, and ES Head Office, coordinating during audit, inspection, quality assurance reviews, conducting compliance training to staff.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications And Experience
- University degree in Law and 7- 10 years of legal advisory experience
- At least 02 (two) years of experience working in legal and/or compliance dept for financial industry such as insurance, securities, fund management, bank
- Had two certification: Fundamental Issues of Securities and the Securities Market Certificate & Securities Law and the Securities Market Certificate
- Has business support mindset.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to engage and win respect from colleagues.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, balanced & independent adjustment, law interpretation and implementation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese both.
- Teamwork skills and attitude.
