Position Overview:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Secure new tenancies by proactively identifying target market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals ahead of expiry, and coordinating with property agents to drive deal origination and closure
• Formulate, implement, and continuously monitor leasing strategies, translating them into actionable plans to maximise occupancy and rental yield in line with approved KPIs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to drive repeat business and strategic leasing opportunities
• Identify and pursue build-to-suit opportunities with large occupiers and key market players, structuring tailored leasing solutions
• Provide regular market intelligence updates (supply, demand, pricing, competition, positioning) to management to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare the annual leasing budget, leasing forecast and business plan, including pipeline tracking and timely submission for management approval
• Participate in and support marketing activities and events in order to build strong branding identity and generate leasing opportunities
• Own and deliver accurate and timely leasing reports (e.g., leasing updates, rent roll, pipeline) for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with Asset Management, Finance, and Property Management on co-ordination tasks
• Manage tenancy-related matters proactively and maintain strong tenant relationships to support retention and long-term value
• Oversee lease documentation, administration, and post-signing follow-ups to ensure smooth handover and compliance

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Marketing, or a related major
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in leasing/marketing, with proven exposure to team leadership or managerial responsibilities
• Strong understanding of the industrial real estate market, with an established network of occupiers, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
