About the Role:

Build and lead an end-to-end Learning & Organization Development system to strengthen leadership capability, uplift workforce performance, and improve organizational capability across EQuest—while sustaining and scaling EQuest culture consistently across the Group through learning, coaching & mentoring, leadership behaviors...

Key Responsibilities

  • L&OD Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute L&OD strategy aligned with business goals; build structured learning pathways for all levels and key talent segments.
  • Coaching, Mentoring & Capability Programs: Build and oversee formal Coaching & Mentoring programs for the leadership pipeline. Design blended learning journeys (Leadership, Management, Core Skills) using modern methodologies (Action Learning, Gamification, Microlearning).
  • Program Organization & Event Planning: Direct the planning and organization of high-level internal events, leadership retreats, and culture-building ceremonies.
  • Organization Development (OD): Drive or support initiatives such as competency framework, leadership pipeline, team effectiveness, change enablement, and ways of working improvements.

Culture Enablement (Group-wide):

  • Translate EQuest values and leadership expectations into learning journeys, rituals, toolkits, and practical behaviors.
  • Build and deploy culture reinforcement programs (onboarding, leadership programs, internal faculty, culture champions/community).
  • Partner with P&C and BU leaders to ensure culture consistency while respecting BU context; support culture communications and engagement initiatives.

Digital Learning Ecosystem: Own/optimize LMS and e-learning solutions; drive adoption, learner engagement, and content strategy.

Measurement & Reporting: Define success metrics and dashboards; evaluate effectiveness (learning → behavior → performance) and track culture adoption indicators; provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Education/BA or related, MBA and learning abroad is preferred.
  • 7+ years in L&D / Talent Development / Organization Development / HR, including 3+ years leading programs and/or teams (industry-agnostic).
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable people development systems: learning roadmap, curriculum/academy, competency framework, OD initiatives, and LMS implementation/optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS, e-learning tools, blended learning, and learning analytics/measurement.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
