As the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) lead in Vietnam, you will drive the planning and execution of CSR/CHF initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful social impact in alignment with the Group's global priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy, Planning & Governance
- Lead Vietnam's CSR strategy and initiatives, aligned with Group's global priorities and executed in partnership with business units.
- Develop and implement CSR/CHF plans and budgets, with approval from the Vietnam CSR Committee and CHF Board.
- Ensure strong governance, fund management, and reporting in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Align with Group CSR/CHF on priorities, governance standards, reporting, and cross-market initiatives.
Programme Management & Impact
- Manage CHF-supported projects, including project development, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and reporting.
- Track and report programme outcomes, budgets, and key impact metrics.
- Prepare CSR/CHF inputs for sustainability, impact, and management reports.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners (government, NGOs, community organisations) to drive impact.
- Advise local business units on corporate giving and volunteerism matters.
Volunteerism
- Drive employee volunteerism through strategies, platforms, and cross-business units coordination.
Communications
- Partner with local Corporate Communications and HR to develop CSR/CHF content and oversee internal and external communications across business units.
Coordination & Secretariat
- Liaise with Group CSR/CHF and provide secretariat support to the Vietnam CSR Committee.
Others
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Recognised degree in communications, business, marketing, management, social sciences, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate social responsibility function, community development, NGO/development work, corporate communications, or related fields in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of CSR, philanthropy, volunteer management, stakeholder engagement, programme and grant management; familiarity with Vietnam NGO/charity regulations is advantageous.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic design tools, with strong presentation and reporting capabilities, and the ability to produce high-quality presentations, reports and communication materials.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English
