To drive business quality and a proactive risk culture within the Bancassurance first line by strengthening controls, monitoring key quality metrics, and enabling continuous improvement across sales processes and partner execution.
THE JOB:
- Execute business quality and first‑line risk control frameworks within assigned scope.
- Ensure monitoring of sales quality and risks through data‑driven approaches, supported by analysis and risk judgement.
- Provide accurate data, reporting and risk insights to support governance oversight and decision‑making.
- Support continuous improvement of business quality execution through issue analysis, escalation, and follow‑up.
- Execute business quality assurance reviews and risk controls in line with approved frameworks and policies.
- Build, operate, and maintain dashboards, KRIs, and monitoring tools based on defined risk logic and standards.
- Process, validate, and analyse data to identify trends.
- Monitor indicators and flag anomalies.
- Track incidents, control breaches, and audit findings within assigned scope.
- Support audits, governance reviews, and regulatory requests.
- Act as working‑level liaison with stakeholders.
- Support risk awareness training and communication to first‑line teams.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
THE PERSON:
- BA in business, finance, risk management or related fields.
- 6-8 years experience in bancassurance, insurance, banking, risk or business quality roles. Understanding of bancassurance operations.
- Knowledge of risk/control frameworks.
- Practical experience in supporting audits, governance reviews, or risk assessments is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English
- Advanced in Excel
- SQL proficiency & reporting skills.
- Power BI knowledge
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
