Job Title: AGR Manager
Reporting to: SEA Area Director - Commodities

- Lead AGR team
- Formulate, implement and coordinate policies regarding agricultural inspection - fumigation operation
- Design and manage methods for maximizing current and future procedures
- Be responsible for achieving annual sales objective and developing new business
- Responsible for-Profit results of the BU
- Ensure the department's job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group's policies and procedures
- Tasks Activities Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and operate the activities of AGR BV Vietnam
- Develop annual development plans for the AGR department
- Monitor, supervise, and review the quality objectives of the AGR divisions
- Manage revenue, track monthly reports of the AGR divisions
- Ensure performance of the yearly operation budget, monitor the profit margin of the BU and take necessary measurement to make the best possibility of the budget
- Manage inspection/ fumigation activities, contract execution and performance of inspectors/ fumigators to ensure the quality of services and in line with the Company implementation procedures
- Communicate with domestic and international customers, expand inspection/ fumigation services to potential clients
- Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) department to develop new business relationships and explore new service sources
- Coordinate with related departments to monitor complaints and provide solutions
- Resolve issues that arise during the operations of the AGR divisions
- Conduct leadership review meetings to identify and improve for the department's operations
- Control and decide all management and financial tasks of the department
- Monitor the quality objectives of the divisions
- Issue and revise internal regulations and procedures
- Approve documents of the quality management system
- Review and approve the employee recruitment
- Make decisions on rewards, penalties, and dismissals to employee
- Sign on certification, report
- Authorize for the heads of divisions
- Job Qualifications
- University degree
- Proficiency in official software
- Working experience at least 5 years in senior manager position
- Reading, writing & speaking English fluently
- Strong leadership skills able to lead and manage a team
- Can work independently under pressure

- Have suitable work experience in the technical aspects of the required field
- In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of agricultural products, food, fertilizers, cotton, animal feed, and commodity trading
- Work independently, having a strategic vision on trading and market trends.
- Have knowledge and capability in financial management
- Have leadership ability and professional management, setting targets and KPIs fordepartments to achive development and profit targets
- Have experience in managing quality systems
- Strong in solving problem and making decision and leadeship skills
