Our Client provides end-to-end BPO services professionally — from customer consulting and sales support to order processing and data analytics, and assisting the Clients with e-commerce sales operations in the US, Canada, Europe, Africa, and Asia markets.
In order to support the upcoming business expansion and growth plans, our Client is currently seeking right talents for the following roles:
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (CHINESE SPEAKING)

- Work location: District 7, HCM City, Vietnam

- Report to Business Manager
- Working Hours:Night shift/ Fixed working hours: 00:00 – 08:00.
6. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company's training program to learn business processes, product knowledge, system operations, and management standards;
- Rotate across relevant functions such as business, operations, and team coordination according to the development plan;
- Assist supervisors with daily data organization, process follow-up, issue reporting, and team collaboration;
- Gradually take on basic management tasks, process support duties, or special assignments during the training period;
- Complete training assessments, work reviews, and stage goals as required;
- Develop as a future key talent of the company, with opportunities to grow into business or team management roles.
7. Job Requirements:
- Vietnamese nationality.
- College/ University graduate.
- Fresh graduates are welcome or
- Potential candidates with 1 - 2 years of work experience are also encouraged to apply;
- Fluent in Chinese is required.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and execution skills; willing to start from entry-level work;
- Motivated to grow and able to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in team management, startup environments, or cross- border business is a plus;
- Experience in sales, business operations, customer services, or project coordination is preferred.
