JOB DESCRIPTION:

DatVietVAC is looking for a Management Accounting Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business performance analysis across the Group. This role will work closely with Business Unit leaders and Finance teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

  • Participate in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts at the Group level.
  • Support Business Unit leadership in developing budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Conduct financial and business performance analysis for assigned Business Units.
  • Analyze key business drivers, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities.

2. Management Reporting & Consolidation

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for the Group.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams across Business Units to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Standardize management reporting templates, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
  • Support the development and improvement of reporting processes and data quality.

3. Other Responsibilities

  • Support strategic projects and business performance initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or related areas.
  • Experience in financial consolidation is preferred.
  • Experience in media, advertising, entertainment, or content production industries is an advantage.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work at both Business Unit and Group consolidation levels.
  • Experience in designing and improving reporting processes and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-supported reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
