Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Make risk assessment, checklist, SAM, LOTO, PPE and work permit for maintenance work and contractor as regulation
• Complete work order as plan, input corrective work, and breakdown with right failure code to SAP
• Join to build and update RCM continuously, make OWD RCM, SWI, SOP to eliminate task list unnecessarily
• Assess critical equipment, focus maintenance category A/B equipment preparation: spare parts, SWI, tool, calibration, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, clean-inspection and lubrication
• Write and update SWI, OPL, SOP as output problem solving and cycle SDCA
• Support and coach Operator to implement autonomous maintenance
• Analyze the spare parts to review min/max, prepare spare parts for A/B equipment, track external repair on time, recommend to buy special part
• Do predictive maintenance by using thermal cameras and SDT ultrasonic
• Track and complete analysis 5Why 100% on quality
• Engineering support: Do as request from line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University/ College graduate in engineering/ mechanical industrial
• Having at least 2 years experience in a maintenance job in the manufacturing company (prefer experience with valves, pump, heat exchanger, centrifuge)
• Having good English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP
• Having knowledge in industrial utilities, and/or equipment used in the brewing process in the various work areas
• Having skills in communication management, problem analyzing & solving, planning & organizing, creative thinking, ownership and working under high pressure
