Job Summary
- Execute all PM plans assigned by maintenance supervisor. Ensure profound quality of PM job plan for all WN3 big equipment
- Lead maintenance mechanics to execute preventive maintenance programs to improve productivity of production lines.
- Fix big equipment issue, broken down.
- Operate auxiliary equipment such as compressor, generator, main electrical cabinet
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to execute PM plan, PM and down time record of main equipment for Wanek III.
- Coordinating with Production sections to improve machines efficiency.
- Taking part in cost saving program by using spare part properly, efficient production plan, increasing machine efficiency, reducing machine breakdown.
- Working out the solutions to operate efficiently utility equipment in the factory.
- Execute inspection of critical equipment/items and investigate cause(s) of failure for appropriate action/measures.
- Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to make troubleshooting guidelines
- Continual improvement to maintain the activities to encourage others in improving.
- Assign tasks for maintenance staffs accordantly.
- Patrol work areas and examine tools and equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violations of safety rules.
- Other tasks assigned by Maintenance supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education:
- University graduate in engineering of electrical or mechanical required
- Able to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in maintenance Job, CNC technology.
- mechanical, electrical, experience required
- Experience as Maintenance Team leader or above level for foreign owned manufacturing company(Furniture company is preferred)
- Experience in operating and maintenance of compressor, generator, CNC router is an advantage
- Knowledge of:
- Big equipment in terms of uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical work
- Knowledge of power distribution system
