Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Planner role based in Bình Dương. The Maintenance Planner will coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include preparing maintenance work orders, organizing parts and resources, and maintaining accurate records in the maintenance management system. The role involves collaborating closely with maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and other stakeholders to prioritize work, align maintenance plans with production schedules, and optimize equipment reliability. The Maintenance Planner will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives, analyze maintenance data, and support compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance Planning and Planning skills, including the ability to develop and manage maintenance schedules and coordinate resources effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills, with experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills, with the ability to collaborate with and provide direction to maintenance teams and coordinate with production leadership.
- Relevant technical education or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is beneficial.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or similar high-volume production settings is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in maintenance or ERP software and basic MS Office tools.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
