Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager oversees the upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards. This role involves planning maintenance activities, managing a team, and optimizing resources to minimize downtime. Our manufacturing process is produce carton box from corrugating process until finishing and transfer to warehouse. Maintenance Section is a part of Production Department to maintenance machine and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring productivity and training.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage the maintenance budget and control costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Required skills: MS Office and Auto CAD.
• Have good demand of spoken English.
• Proven experience in maintenance management.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, and safety regulations, TPM or TQM knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
