About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Binh Duong. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and efficiency of all mechanical and electrical systems within the facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions to improve equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and automation equipment.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
