Summary: Directs and supervise daily maintenance functions, reactive and preventative, to ensure reliability of equipment operation and documented history of repairs and costs.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective preventative maintenance programs that ensures reliability and documentation.
- Have practical experience working with equipment on the production line.
- Strong awareness for operating at module preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance system.
- PLC maintenance activities and manufacturing system monitoring planning for ensuring the required uptime and production support on the daily.
- Develop and compliance Safety first culture while ensuring safe work practices and compliance to all local regulatory guidelines are met.
- Strong skills to analyze equipment status and quickly come up with plan solution.
- Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies and details.
- Work with Engineering and Production to support and improve safety, productivity, quality and cost.
- Documented important maintenance document base on project order.
- Experience in control equipment cost of repair , MTTR and MTBF indicators is must.
- Supervise contractors and ensure they work comply strictly with company standards.
- Good skills in handling automatic electricity, industrial electricity, and functions of industrial equipment on the line are necessary.
- Design layout, construct and/or install new equipment.
- Support the line Open Issues List tracking and working with Cross Functional Team Process, Operations, Quality, Maintenance teams as one team to complete issues closes.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
- Working with technician under to guide them setting and maintain machine.
Job Requirements
- Good communication English skills, both oral and written.
- Strong PLC, PC skills and CAD experience, maintenance tracking software experience is preferred.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Work with minimal or no supervision.
- AI Camera knowledge is preferred.
Education / Experience
- The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience of equivalent work experience and accomplishments.
- 5 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair.
