Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and generate performance reports.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to equipment failures.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and CMMS software.
