Responsible for execution and task assignment for jobs related to maintenance activities. Those are about to guarantee the stabilization of machine operation.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute requirements of units:
- Process, execute and supervise tasks related to machinery maintenance.
- Plan, arrange manpower and monitor machinery maintenance progress based on unit's requirements.
2. Supervise contractor:
- Check maintenance plan to ensure safety, environment before, during and after the procedure.
- Control construction progress and quality control of maintenance work.
- Record keeping
3. Implement other tasks assigned by upper-title positions:
- Follow up OE (Operation excellence) procedure for Section.
- Support machine inspection.
- Support machine assembly
- Study new technologies as well as new machines
4. Task assignment and advice to group leaders and skill workers to accomplish tasks:
- Daily deliver and follow up tasks of group leader and skill workers.
5. Cooperate with other team members to complete assigned tasks:
- Cooperate with inspection and planning team to propose plans for time base maintenance and condition base maintenance.
- Cooperate with monitoring team to study and find out the root cause leading to abnormal of machinery issues.
6. Guide, support and train for subordinates:
- Support and train subordinates to understand standard and technique requirements related to maintenance activities.
7. Understand the department's goals
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automative Engineering or other related fields;
- Have knowledge of mechanical knowledge and rotary machines principle, be able to read P&ID, layout & machinery drawing, understanding machining of mechanical parts, vibration of machinery, operation procedure of machines;
- English: Be able to communicating and utilizing in daily tasks;
- Logical reasoning, hardworking, dynamic, ambitious, and able to work in a team;
- Willingness to go on frequent business trips as required by the job;
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
