Job purpose:
- Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Quality Management system documentation, monitoring
- Improving the effectiveness of the Quality Control system and participating in various quality-related activities to enhance overall product quality.
Job description:
- Apply and follow the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including the Submission Manual and internal procedures.
- Monitor and continuously improve the Quality Control system.
- Develop and update internal procedures, work instructions, and inspection/control plans.
- Train new employees on quality control requirements.
- Handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audits and customer complaints, and ensure they are properly implemented.
- Prepare and analyze quality data using SPC and MSA methods.
- Prepare 8D reports and use problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Brainstorming) to identify root causes.
- Ensure all quality documents and data are accurate and reliable.
- Take part in certification and authorization audits.
- Prepare regular activity reports and suggest process improvements.
Requirement:
- Technical/Mechanical Engineering Background
- Experienced in Mechanical/Assembly Quality Control or an equivalent position
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (7 QC tools, 5 Core tool, 5-Why, 8D, FMEA,...)
- Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, GD&T, technical engineering interpretation, and measurement tools.
- Fluent in English across all competencies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
