Job purpose:
- Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Quality Management system documentation, monitoring
- Improving the effectiveness of the Quality Control system, and participating in various quality-related activities to enhance overall product quality.
Job description:
- Comply with and apply the provisions of the Quality Management system documentation, including the Organization's Submission Manual, Internal procedures, and working instructions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Control system.
- Elaborate and update internal procedures, work instructions, control plans, and inspection plans as needed.
- Lead training sessions for new employees on quality control system requirements.
- Manage and respond to corrective and preventive actions from internal and external audits, customer complaints, etc. Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare and explain statistical data, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Prepare 8D reports, Ishikawa diagrams, and utilize problem-solving methods such as 5 Whys, Brainstorming, and Brain Writing.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and authenticity of data and produced documents.
- Participate in certification/re-certification, authorization/re-authorization audits.
- Release reports on activities as scheduled or requested by management, and propose efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with all UACV departments to improve quality, proposing measures to overcome shortcomings, identifying root causes, and considering solutions.
- Attend meetings on various topics to provide support for the quality management system as requested.
- Continuously update knowledge of UACV processes and changes affecting the quality management system.
Requirement:
- Technical/Mechanical Engineering Background
- Experienced in Mechanical/Assembly Quality Control or an equivalent position
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (7 QC tools, 5 Core tool, 5-Why, 8D, FMEA,...)
- Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, GD&T, technical engineering interpretation, and measurement tools.
- Fluent in English across all competencies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
