Your Role
Manage construction projects for new sites/warehouses, and ensure that sites/warehouses are built according to given timeline, budget and requested specification.
Responsibilities
- Plan the construction project, and ensure execution and achieving the milestones as agreed;
- Plan resources and organise project processes. Advise project team members accordingly, and report on project progress.
- Liaise with management, to clarify the scope and targets of projects.
- Support indirect sourcing team to select vendors.
- Coordinate design instructions, project management company and contractors.
- Communicate results and provide advice to management on implementation.
- Comply with quality and safety requirements.
