At Nihon M&A Center Vietnam with over 20 accumulated successful M&A deals completion, you will be able to grow your career as an all-rounded M&A advisor specializing in cross-border deals within the region as well as global market.
The Role
M&A Junior Analyst / M&A Analyst *full time employment in Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description
- Generate sales and deal origination primarily focusing on sell-side opportunities in Vietnam.
- Track client relationship status and plan follow-up activities.
- Attend meetings with project leaders and follow-up on discussion items.
- Schedule weekly appointments and develop new sales opportunities.
- Research, collect, analyze data, and develop pitch books / related client materials.
- Support day-to-day transactions, executions, negotiations, and client liaisons.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Director
Qualifications/Skills/Experiences/Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Investment banks, Investment funds, or Professional firms (Accounting, Audit, etc.) *M&A business related.
- Excellent written communication in English (Japanese will be a plus)
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- A mindset of full ownership at work
- Strong passion to grow in the M&A industry
- Able to work proactively and flexibly, with a growth mindset
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- High EQ with strong communication skill
- Can-do attitude in work, willing to face and overcome challenges
Benefit
- Basic monthly gross salary of VND 2530 million
- + Year-end bonus (equivalent to one-month basic salary)
