About the Rol

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Tailor to join a premium fashion atelier specializing in high-end womenswear. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in couture, bridalwear, eveningwear, and luxury garment construction. You will be responsible for producing impeccably crafted garments while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship

Key Responsibilitie

* Construct luxury garments from approved patterns and technical specifications

.* Sew complete garments from assembly through final finishing

.* Produce couture, eveningwear, bridalwear, occasionwear, and premium ready-to-wear pieces

.* Perform precise garment alterations following fitting instructions

.* Collaborate with pattern makers, designers, sample makers, and production teams

.* Handle delicate and luxury fabrics with exceptional care

.* Complete hand sewing, hemming, lining, finishing, and garment detailing to luxury standards

.* Attach zippers, linings, boning, padding, and internal garment structures

.* Ensure flawless seams, hems, closures, and internal finishing

.* Identify and resolve garment construction issues during production

.* Meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality

.* Maintain sewing equipment and an organized workspace

.* Support sample development and production as required

Requirement

* Minimum 5 years of professional tailoring experience

.* Proven experience in luxury womenswear, couture, bridalwear, eveningwear, or premium fashion

.* Advanced industrial and manual sewing skills

.* Ability to independently construct complete garments from approved patterns

.* Strong knowledge of garment construction and luxury finishing techniques

.* Experience working with delicate fabrics such as silk, chiffon, organza, lace, satin, velvet, crepe, and tulle

.* Ability to perform advanced garment alterations

.* Experience with structured garments, corsetry, boning, lining, and internal finishing is an advantage

.* Excellent hand-finishing and couture sewing skills

.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality

.* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative atelier environment.
