Continuously monitor the CCTV system in assigned areas; ensure that all cameras are operating properly without errors or malfunctions.
Observe, identify, and record any unusual activities, unauthorized access, or potential security risks; capture and retain relevant images/videos for reporting purposes.
Manage, store, and retrieve CCTV footage; ensure data confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc surveillance reports; coordinate with Security, Safety, Technical teams, and relevant authorities to handle incidents when necessary.
Conduct regular checks on the condition of CCTV systems and equipment; perform basic operation and maintenance or report for repair when required.
Strictly comply with security, information confidentiality, and CCTV system access control policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or higher; a security certificate or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
No experience required. Experience in security, protection, or CCTV surveillance is a plus.
Able to communicate in English.
Willing to travel for business trips.
Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly and accurately identify and analyze situations.
Proficient in using surveillance equipment and CCTV management software.
Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Careful, detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible.
Able to work independently, perform well under pressure, and handle emergencies effectively.
