About Our Program

You'll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you'll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

1. Inventory Management & Process Optimization: Refine inventory management workflows, deploying strategic inventory policies to enhance accuracy and turnover rates. Reduce holding costs while ensuring seamless logistics operations and precise inventory data integrity.
2. Team Leadership & Capability Development: Guide the team towards achieving business objectives, designing training programs to elevate team competencies. Foster a positive work environment to boost overall productivity and efficiency.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to ensure information transparency and operational synergy. Develop and implement corrective actions to address warehousing challenges, driving continuous process enhancements.
4. Innovation & Competitive Enhancement: Propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs to adapt to evolving operational demands. Enhance warehousing efficiency, service quality, and competitive positioning, ensuring standardized and orderly warehouse operations.
