Logistics Staff Tempo

Responsibilities:

1. Emport Logistics:

• Liaise with customers regarding PO receipt, supply confirmation & shipment arrangement
• Communicate with SOIP & Warehouse regarding delivery plan
• Arrange booking and loading plan
• Prepare and ensure the correctness of shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L,

Certificate of Origin

• Ensure the compliance & correctness of import export customs declaration issued by forwarder
• Issue documents for VAT invoice & billing on SAP
• Check Debit note from forwarder/carrier to ensure price & volume are all correct
• Create outbound shipment & freight order on SAP
• Control & follow monthly payment to forwarders/carriers
