PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing logistics operations for Event Sales (Roadshow) channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective shipment execution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inventory Planning & Allocation
- Determine inventory allocations for events based on sales and location requirements.
- Monitor inventory returns from ending shows to warehouses.
Order & Shipment Coordination
- Manage the overall order and shipment process, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for 3PL shipments and Costco roadshow shipments.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and TMS for billing, reconsignments, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain the CHEP pallet account for department.
System & Data Management
- Process daily sales transactions in SAP and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure Sales Team has oversight into orders and shipment status using Zenshows platform.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding shipment issues via the FreshDesk platform.
- Communicate and coordinate with Costco on delivery arrangements and lost or found products.
- Work closely with the Project Specialist and National Sales Manager to support event logistics operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Sharepoint, Power BI a plus)
- Experience with SAP a plus
