Overview:
The successful candidate will develop and implement logistics and planning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from inbound materials to finished products. You will lead a global team, optimize logistics networks, and champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute logistics & planning strategies to support production and business targets.
- Optimize inbound/outbound logistics and ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead production planning aligned with demand forecasts.
- Oversee supplier selection and performance.
- Drive sustainability and compliance across the supply chain.
- Monitor KPIs and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain planning, and production control, preferably in a global and dynamic environment.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and sustainability projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and compliance standards.
Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
