Logistics Specialist

A. Job Requirements:

1. Based on shipping needs and origin/destination information, rationally allocate transportation vehicles to complete finished product delivery.

2. Based on purchasing needs and pick-up/destination information, rationally allocate transportation vehicles to complete material delivery.

3. Communicate with purchasing and sales departments regarding operational progress.

4. Confirm monthly transportation service bills with freight forwarders and apply for related payments in the system.

5. Translation work related to logistics.

B. Job Responsibilities

1. Experience in domestic logistics and international transportation.

2. Fluent in Chinese conversation.

3. Prior experience with TMS system operation.

4. Ability to prepare customs declaration documents.

5. Diligent and responsible.
