SCOPE OF WORK
Inventory Management
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement tracking
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and support stock optimization
• Coordinate with HQ on inventory planning and replenishment schedules
• Conduct inventory analysis and provide action plans/reporting to management
Import & Customs Management
• Track import shipments and manage shipping schedules
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and related parties
• Prepare and manage shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, BL, C/O, customs declarations, PODs, and related records
• Follow customs clearance process and resolve customs-related issues
• Calculate import duties, tariffs, and VAT, and prepare monthly reports for HQ
Order Management
• Update and process customer orders accurately
• Handle sales-related documents, billing, and invoice issuance
• Maintain account receivables and payment-related records
Warehouse & Distribution Management
• Manage inbound/outbound warehouse operations and inventory reconciliation
• Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Coordinate warehouse activities including labeling, packing, handling, and shipment tracking
• Work closely with E-commerce team, warehouse, and 3PL providers to resolve operational issues
• Manage return order workflow and delivery arrangements to optimize cost and lead time
• Support marketing and sales activities such as samples, gifts, and promotions
Logistics Cost Management
• Review and control logistics and 3PL costs
• Prepare payment requests for warehouse, freight, and distribution services
• Conduct monthly logistics cost analysis and support process improvement initiatives
System Management
• Operate and maintain the U9 system for shipment receiving, warehouse order release, and POD uploading
Other Tasks
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in company product lineup activities
• Support other tasks assigned based on business needs
