Logistics Specialist

*** Salary range: 17-20M gross

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or importexport operations, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.

Solid understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international payment methods (L/C, T/T).

Hands-on experience with ECUS/VNACCS or equivalent customs software.

Strong communication skills in English (email correspondence and document reading).

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible; able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Good leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Resilient, proactive, and open to continuous learning and improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee import and domestic logistics operations, managing a small team (3 members) to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant shipment handling.

Handle end-to-end import/export procedures: document preparation, coordination with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.

Review and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, C/O, contracts, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Communicate with overseas suppliers/customers on shipment schedules, payment terms, and delivery arrangements.

Coordinate closely with internal teams (Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Warehouse) to align delivery schedules and resolve operational issues.

Monitor shipment status and provide regular reports on delivery progress, potential risks, and corrective actions.

Maintain well-organized records of import/export documentation and international payment transactions.
