Job responsibilities:
- Handle logistics duties for all China and South East Asia countries operations.
- Knowledgeable in logistics export functions and apply correctly.
- Knowledge of Logistics Industries on Ocean carriers/Freight forwarders
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders and internal departments on shipment arrangement independently.
- Provide shipping solutions to suppliers, communicate with the oversea offices for shipment update.
- Manage shipment bookings and shipping documents for customs purpose.
- Responsible for different kinds of logistics work upon request.
- Update shipment data in systems.
Requirement:
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience with logistics.
- Fluent of both spoken and written in English.
- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office applications.
