Job Role : Logistics Solutions Coordinator Officer
Location : Vietnam
Job Purpose:
The Logistics Solutions Coordinator Officer role is responsible for providing technical assistance and system support for logistics operations, ensuring smooth functioning of digital platforms such as WMS, TMS, and OMS systems. This position plays a critical role in troubleshooting, maintaining system integrity, and supporting end-users to achieve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Maintenance
1.Provide first-level and second-level support for logistics IT systems (WMS, TMS, OMS).
2.Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
3.Coordinate with vendors for system updates, patches, and enhancements.
User Assistance & Training
1.Assist end-users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
2.Conduct training sessions for staff on logistics IT tools and best practices.
3.Document common issues and create user guides for reference.
Data Management & Reporting
1.Ensure accuracy of data within logistics systems.
2.Generate reports for operational and management review.
3.Support integration of data between logistics platforms and corporate systems.
Process Improvement
1.Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
2.Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to implement improvements.
3.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications:
Educations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge
1. At least 2 4 years of experience in IT roles, preferably with exposure to logistics or supply chain.
2. Experience in working with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems is highly desirable.
3. Experience in innovation & technology integration for logistics solutions.
4. Experience in logistics solution design and development (customer-facing focus).
5. Project management and collaboration experience.
6.Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and good command in English.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours during system upgrades or critical issues.
11. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
