To support our expanding portfolio of large-scale, tech-enabled logistics operations, we are seeking a Logistics Solution Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of tailored logistics solutions for key customers and internal initiatives.
Position Summary
As a Project Manager in our Logistics Solution Design team, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions that meet customer requirements and align with GHN's operational capabilities. You will collaborate across internal departments and with external partners to ensure every solution is strategically designed, practically feasible, and flawlessly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Customer Consulting
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into customized logistics solutions (including warehousing, fulfillment, last-mile, and automation).
- Develop and propose optimized operational models that balance customer needs with GHN's capabilities and scalability.
- Prepare solution proposals including layout planning, equipment selection, process mapping, resource planning, and cost modeling.
2. Project Planning & Coordination
- Build comprehensive project plans integrating customer requirements with business goals and operational constraints.
- Align with internal stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure end-to-end project readiness.
- Develop clear roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, budgets, and risks.
3. Execution & Implementation
- Lead the implementation of new solutions, including pilot testing, SOP development, resource onboarding, and facility readiness.
- Manage the handover process from project stage to operational teams, ensuring full adoption and sustainability.
4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor post-implementation KPIs and project ROI through dashboards and reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and initiate continuous improvement efforts aligned with Lean/CI practices.
5. Risk & Quality Management
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, safety regulations, and client SLAs.
- Coordinate audits and maintain documentation for accountability and improvement tracking.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and external clients or vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and progress updates to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or solution design within logistics, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain environments.
- PMP or other project management certification is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying warehouse/fulfillment or logistics solutions.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira), AutoCAD (or equivalent layout design tools), Excel (advanced level), and BI tools for dashboards.
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Vietnamese; proficient in English (both verbal and written).
