I. WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Supervise 3PL operations for all warehouse activities including Inbound and Outbound at one assigned warehouse (either Dry Warehouse or Cold Warehouse)
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and productivity to ensure operational efficiency and service level compliance
- Cross-check warehouse shipment plans and coordinate with stores to ensure orders are shipped on the promised dates; follow up with stores to complete goods receipt in the system to clear stock in transit
- Monitor daily operations and coordinate to resolve any issues arising between stores, suppliers, and CJ warehouses
- Manage allocation of new items, equipment, and store-use requests based on warehouse shipment schedules and track progress to completion
- Participate in monthly and quarterly inventory cross-checks with CJ warehouses
- Place purchase orders and closely monitor suppliers delivery schedules according to approved plans
- Report and coordinate with relevant departments on supplier delivery progress and operational status
- Track ordering and allocation of new product codes in accordance with defined processes and timelines
- Manage operational documents, records, and prepare reports as required by direct management
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED
- Solid knowledge of Logistics Operations Management
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Understanding of retail / convenience store operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and ordering processes
- Experience working with 3PL partners is highly preferred
III. WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS (GS25)
- Dry Warehouse: Lot IIIB2, Binh Dien Commercial Center, Nguyen Van Linh Street, Binh Dong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Cold Warehouse: Long Hau Expanded Industrial Zone, Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province, Vietnam
