Logistics Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, implement and operate end-to-end cross-border export logistics solutions for B2C businesses.

2. Take charge of daily operational management of business lines. Optimize resource allocation via data analysis and system tools to improve logistics efficiency and reduce overall operational costs.

3. Source and develop local logistics suppliers in European and American regions to meet business development demands. Participate in supplier bidding, pricing negotiation, process formulation, and the establishment of supplier management systems, operational rules and SOPs. Manage new supplier onboarding and maintain daily supplier relationships.

4. Oversee regional operational management, project solution implementation, and regular KPI assessment for daily logistics operations.

5. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve daily operational issues, and continuously iterate and optimize operational processes to form standardized and mature working systems.

6. Align internal and external resources to drive project progress and ensure full project delivery and implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics and supply chain industry; familiar with the demands and pain points of cross-border logistics; candidates with existing local logistics resources in Europe and America are preferred.

2. Background in well-known international freight forwarding companies or e-commerce logistics enterprises; proficient in export air freight and cross-border parcel business.

3. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics Management or International Trade is preferred; fluent English and proficient in Chinese as a working language.

4. Strong data processing capabilities, good at solving practical business problems through data analysis methods.

5. Quick learning ability, resilient working attitude, and excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with mature cross-border small parcel resources and practical experience in optimizing local logistics costs are highly preferred.
