Import
- Following Import shipments and make sure delivery schedule in time;
- Co-working with Forwarders and Vendors to arrange shipments in time;
- Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping
- documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms;
- Buying Import Cargo Insurance for all needed shipments;
- Ensure CO is received by supplier for all imported components;
- Attendance in planning meetings, ensuring safety stock quantities and ensuring materials converted to local mode of use (including VAT and import tax paid) in advance of production
- Process in advance contracts with companies within an EPE
Export
- Supporting internal and external customer orders (or requests) and scaling containers or delivering truck requirements
- Booking for enough space to dispatch locally or export goods on time as required;
- Proactively champion outbound warehouse and furnish customers with all relevant documents required (local or export)
- Coordinating with Forwarders and related sections to proceed local sale or export shipments smoothly;
- Completing Customs procedure and making sure the correction of Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms;
- Buying Export Insurance as Law;
- Prepare CO as required by Customers;
- Attendance in planning meetings, ensuring safety stock quantities and ensuring materials converted to local mode of use (including VAT and import tax paid) in advance of production
- Accountable to ensure NPD projects and pilot parts/components or finished goods are dispatched in a timely manner as required by assigned project leaders
Settlement Report
- Following stock and making the settlement report for Import for Export and Processing contract to Customs;
- Making BOM based documents and information from related sections.
Logistics expense control
- Checking and confirming Logistics expenses monthly;
- Submitting Expense Report to Management;
- Getting better Quotations;
- Having methods to reduce Logistics cost.
Others
- Monitoring Forwarders and evaluating them yearly;
- Being responsible for claiming Insurance;
- Following other tasks based on the requirements of Board of Management.
- Support other Departments and customers to solve the unexpected problems.
- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Education: At least university graduation with major in import-export international economics or other related fields
- Language: Good command of English
- Excellent in Microsoft offices such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience: Have at least 3-year employment experience in Export - Import in manufacturing companies.
