Logistics Manager (Senior Manager)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 10+ executive managing our 16 partners warehouse performance

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize order fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Set goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance metrics, especially during campaigns.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers and optimize fulfillment costs according to company objectives and key results (OKRs).

- Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and quality standards.

- Evaluate, implement, and maintain order management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other technology solutions to support efficient order fulfillment operations.

- Explore automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors in fulfillment operations.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.

- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in order fulfillment operations.

- Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to order fulfillment operations, including safety standards, data privacy, and product labeling.

- Drive projects, innovations, and value-added service initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and meet company business goals.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

- Proven experience in logistics operations management with at least 5-8 years experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational improvements.

- Experience with order management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant technology solutions.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with at least 3-5 years in similar role, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and drive initiatives to completion.

- Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to order fulfillment operations.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting business goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
