This role belongs to Hanoia - our subsidiary specializing in the exquisite art of Vietnamese lacquerware.

JOB SUMMARY

Logistics Managers is responsible for processing and managing customer orders for all lines products in Hanoia. This position is ensuring accuracy of order information, input orders into the ERP system, track order statuses, and communicate any changes, delays or issues to customers to ensure products and items/ resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for Logistics tasks

  • Oversee logistics, transportation, and after sales service functions.
  • Plan and optimize transportation routes for shipments.
  • Process shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle import-export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and organize logistics, process shipments, and warehouse activities to support timely delivery of production materials.
  • Manage day to day activities for both logistics and after sales operations.

2. Responsible for orders management

  • Monitor and process incoming orders while collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to meet customer demands.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure legal compliance, incorporating relevant information on tariffs, duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Collaborative and supportive team work to ensure timely order processing, product allocation, order adjustments, return claims
  • Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prompt and on-time Response to client enquiries. This include but not limited to the following:

- Trouble shooting product issues or delivery

- Quality Claims

- Product quote and shipping cost quote

3. Managing team members

  • Manage team members and assign tasks to them
  • Closely handle daily work of each team member to meet requested deadline from related departments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics or related fields

Knowledge:

  • Manufacturing, Merchandising
  • Knowledge in lacquer products is a plus
